Job Overview:
We are hiring a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Affiliate Executive to support the day-to-day execution of affiliate marketing campaigns. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Lucknow.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in onboarding new affiliate partners and maintaining communication with existing ones.
• Set up, monitor, and report on live campaigns in affiliate platforms.
• Ensure proper tracking, payout settings, and campaign compliance.
• Provide affiliates with creative assets and offer updates as needed.
• Track daily performance metrics (clicks, conversions, ROI) and escalate issues when necessary.
• Work closely with the senior affiliate team to optimize campaign performance.
• Maintain organized records of campaigns, partners, and communications.
Key Requirements:
• 0–2 years of experience in affiliate or performance marketing.
• Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms (Trackier, Affise, etc.) is plus.
• Basic understanding of campaign metrics and tracking links.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
