Business Development Executive

Job Overview:

We’re looking for an energetic and driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their affiliate marketing career to learn, grow, and make an impact in a dynamic digital marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential affiliates, publishers, and media partners.
  • Support onboarding of new affiliates and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Assist in managing CPL, CPA, and CPS campaigns across various verticals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign tracking and reporting.
  • Research market trends, competitor activity, and potential partnership opportunities.
  • Contribute to the company’s growth strategy through lead generation and relationship building.
  • Attend virtual or in-person industry events and networking sessions when required.

Key Requirements:

  • 0–3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or business development.
  • Basic understanding of CPL, CPA, and CPS models (training will be provided).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter attitude with a passion for digital marketing and performance-driven growth.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
